Monday Meditations for Artists

My art is a source of life.

The art that I make connects me to the best part of myself.

As I create, I am drawn to a deeper understanding of who I am.

In times of doubt or confusion, making art grounds me.

Once grounded, I am reminded of the abundance that exists within me.

As I tune into my work, I tune into my soul.

There, I find all the answers I need to guide me.

I walk this path of life with great thanks for the creative energy that flows through me.

I hear the call to create from within, and I am inspired by that which I see around me.

As I look at the world through the eyes of my creative self, I find magic in the ordinary.

In the ordinary, in the dailyness of life, I discover the extraordinary.

My art opens my heart, mind and soul.

It is a clearing, a calm, a peace that runs through my life.

My art is a part of all that I am and all that I am becoming.

Through the work that I make, I share the best and bravest aspects of myself.

There is never a time when the process of creating does not heal me.

I am always renewed by the work that I do and the beauty that I create.

My desire to create fills me with life and energy and love.

The art that I make brings that life energy and love to the world.

I know that this is a gift that I have to give.

I know that no one else can create the work that lives in me.

I know that my art, alone, holds the answers that I am seeking.

I am that which I have been looking for.

I am art.  I am life.
